Refund policy

Checkout is disabled and the payment provider has not been selected. There are currently no customer charges to refund.

Before paid launch

The operator must publish provider-specific handling for duplicate charges, generation failure, unusable output review, refunds, chargebacks, timing, and local consumer rights. A browser success page will never be accepted as proof of payment.

Planned operational behavior

Orders, verified payments, and generation jobs remain separate records. A failed job will retain a safe failure reason so support can determine whether retry or refund is appropriate without exposing private media.
