What a Burning Bridges AI video template needs

The template is not the original Drake music video. It is independently produced party footage with documented permission for AI processing and distribution.

Two compositions, not one crop

The service requires one 9:16 and one 16:9 H.264 MP4, each exactly 20 seconds. Each version is staged for its frame instead of forcing a vertical crop from landscape.

Build for identity replacement

A clear foreground performer, visible head and shoulders, medium motion, consistent exposure, and deliberate shot boundaries give recasting models a useful target. H3 accepts a 5–30 second input but no single shot may exceed 15 seconds, so the 20-second template includes cuts.

Rights metadata is operational data

Before activation, the operator records the creator or licensor, commercial AI rights, expiry, restrictions, approved object key, and file hash. The database refuses to expose an unverified template as active.

Audio must be licensed too

H3 can preserve source sound. Use silence, original audio, or music licensed for the intended distribution. Seedance is configured without generated audio in this version.

The public version does not accept arbitrary source videos. Follow the one-photo tutorial or understand character replacement.
